Body: Do 20 minutes of exercise. Walk, Yoga, Zumba, Cardio, Strength Training, or Dance like no one is watching! Just move for 20 minutes
Soul: Take 20 minutes to read your bible or meditate/pray. Soothe your soul. Relax, Relate, Release.
